Examiner.com: 'Felines of all sorts will star at Cat Care Society festival' this Saturday

Quoting from the June 24th posting by John Davidson, Denver Animal News Examiner:

"FESTIVAL OF FELINES - Cats of various sorts will be on display Saturday, June 29, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cat Care Society's Festival of Felines. Some the cats will be the painted figurines that are part of the society's 2013 Painted Cats fundraiser. Real cats will be there for petting, as well as a tour of the shelter's cat clinic. There will also be refreshments, face painting and cat origami for children, and hourly prize drawings. The event is free and open to the public."

"The Tails of the Painted Cats continue their summer tour with a free event on Saturday, June 29. The Festival of Felines will be held at the Cat Care Society and feature all 21 cat sculptures. The Festival of Felines is a free family event where kids are welcome to see the painted cats and invited to pet the real kitties. There will also be face painting and special cat origami for kids as well. Everyone can enjoy free refreshments and an hourly prize drawing. The festival will be held at the shelter on 5787 West 6th Avenue in Lakewood from 11 AM to 2 PM."
