November Adoption Tales from Cat Care Society Alumni Forever Homes

Thanks to CCS staff member Karlyn Mendez, reporting from the Cat Care Society adoption desk:

Ohms and Wind-Up (pictured) - live with a retired woman. Wind-Up is more outgoing and Ohms is a bit more shy but coming around. Wind-Up loves the laser light and feather toys and Ohms beats around a squeaky mouse at night.

Amanda - “Miss Amanda” shares her home with an older woman. Being affectionate and loving the woman just adores her and considers her a good fit.

Macy - tolerates the 3 dogs in her house and loves laps and does great with visitors that come to the house. Her favorite hobby is to gaze at the birds in the bird feeders by watching out the windows.

Gregory - “Nelson” was brought home by a woman who also has a lab and border collie. He is adjusting to the dogs and will occasionally play with toy mice and balls but really prefers cuddles.

Pepper and Zyah - live with a couple and their adult children. Zyah made herself at home immediately while Pepper was a bit hesitant at first. They have a dog and 3 other cats for roomies. All the cats ignore the dog since they have their own personal cats-only club going on.

Panther - “Herbie” went home with a young couple. He loves his wand toy and is super affectionate with everyone he meets.
