Wednesday, April 17: April’s Feasting for Felines event will take place at 730 South Bar and Grill in the Washington Park area. Mention the Cat Care Society to your server when you dine and a percentage of sales will be donated to CCS. From 11 AM to 9 PM on Wednesday, 20% of dining proceeds will be donated to the cats. Reservations are requested, 303-744-1888.
Saturday, April 27: To raise awareness during Prevent Animal Cruelty Month, the CCS monthly seminar will feature an animal control officer speaking about animal cruelty and how to recognize the signs. The event begins at 1 PM and there is a $5 fee to help offset the presentation costs. CCS Platinum members can attend for free.
