Lakewood Pet Examiner: 'Tails of the Painted Cats heading to Cherry Creek North'

Quoting from Carrie Dow's posting today:

"The Cat Care Society’s Tails of the Painted Cats are headed to Fascination Street Fine Art in Cherry Creek North this Thursday, July 11, from 6 to 8 PM. The 21 cat sculptures will honored with a wine and cheese reception...

...The cats are also available for bidding online at BidOnACat.blogspot.com. Bids start at either $300 or $500. There is also a “Buy It Now” option with pricing for those who can’t wait until the gala to get their favorite cat. Cats who have already been sold will still be available for viewing at Fascination Street. Also available for auction are a series of “paw paintings” by the Cat Care Society’s kittens, including a Bronco inspired work that will be auctioned off with a signed Payton Manning jersey. Visit the Cat Care Society website for more information."
