Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels Gives Thumbs Up to Bell Aquaculture's Bell Perch™ at Purdue's Ag Alumni Fish Fry

"Absolutely delicious," said Governor Mitch Daniels in last Saturday's Muncie Star-Press (http://www.thestarpress.com/) about the Bell Perch™ served at the annual Purdue University Agricultural Alumni Fish Fry held Feb. 7 in Indianapolis. Further, according to the Star-Press, Gov. Daniels "told (Purdue) President (France) Cordova ... that now there was no excuse ever to have a fishless fish fry again."

Under sponsorship of the Indiana Soybean Alliance (ISA), Bell Aquaculture helped bring fish back to the menu at Purdue University's Agricultural Alumni Fish Fry this year. The announcement was made earlier this month by Michael Miller, Bell Aquaculture President & COO, who said fish - specifically Indiana raised Bell Perch™ - was being reintroduced to the event's menu this year, in addition to pork.
