The Webinar presentation, titled "A Culture of Safety in Pharmacy: Lessons Learned," features an industry-leading panel of professionals discussing the controversy around medication errors, error reporting and the promotion of patient safety through cultural changes in health-system pharmacies. This ACPE-accredited Webinar presentation provides participants with two CE credits and takes place on January 14, 2010.
The four-speaker panel, which brings diverse expertise to the discussion, is moderated by Dennis Tribble, PharmD, Chief Pharmacy Officer for Baxa Corporation.
