Quoting from the August 8th Good Works column:
"The Colorado BioScience Association [Colorado BioScience Institute] received $25,000 from the Amgen Foundation, which will support its Research Experience for Teachers program. The four-week program is for teachers of STEM subjects — science, technology, engineering and math — from seventh to 12th grades. Teachers will be placed in local life-science companies for real-world lab experience that can then be translated into class lessons."
