Quoting from the April 4th article in the Colorado Real Estate Journal:"The biosciences industry is alive and well in the Denver metro area, and that bodes well for future demand for manufacturing and lab/research-and-development space.
'Bioscience is one of the few industry sectors that have grown during the bad economy and actually exceeded the national average,' said Holli Riebel, president and CEO of the Colorado BioScience Association.'"
