The CBSA gathered May 27 at the Colorado State Capitol to witness the signing of two Executive Orders by Governor Bill Ritter, Jr., benefitting the state's bioscience industry. Denise Brown, CBSA's Interim Executive Director, spoke on behalf of the CBSA.
