Bell Aquaculture in Albany, Ind., owns and operates one of the nation’s largest yellow perch farms, with corporate headquarters and production facilities nearby in Redkey, northeast of Indianapolis. The fillets and nuggets are available in orders of either 5 or 20 pounds. Non-breaded fillets will be available online in the near future.
