Denver-area medical device maker Baxa Corp. is moving its headquarters to the Maroon V office building in the southeast suburban Meridian office park, the company said Friday.The relocation will consolidate Baxa’s executive and administrative operations, which are now in three separate locations. Baxa expects to move into its new space in May 2010.
Baxa recently signed an agreement to lease 64,000 square feet at 88,584-square-foot Maroon V, which is located at 9540 S. Maroon Circle in Douglas County, with an Englewood mailing address. The lease is one of the southeastern suburbs’ largest new leases of the year so far, according to the company.
